Ramon Signature Silk Scarf
Ramon Signature Silk Scarf
Over three centuries ago, Sgt. Major Diego Ramon and his son, Captain Domingo Ramon, were among the first of a special breed of Spanish explorers to travel north from Mexico and across the Rio Grande, "Gateway to Texas", forming the first road system (Camino Real) and discovering San Pedro Creek which established San Antonio.
They were instrumental in founding four of it's five missions, including the most famous one everyone now just calls The Alamo.
These gorgeous images pop on the silk twill - can you spot all the special details?
Gold cords represent the belts of the Franciscan missionaries, the animal silhouettes signify the livestock herded on the expedition, and four mission facades are beautifully framed with mission style borders. There's lots to explore on this wonderful accessory perfect for the Texas history buff.
